**Salary**:

- £26,000 to £28,000 p.a DOE

**Hours** - 8.30 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

**Location** - Chippenham

**About the role** - You will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment agency experience ideally within Social Care but other sectors will be considered. Your role will be to lead a team of recruitment Consultants in a supportive and inspirational way. This is a 30/70% split, Sales to Customer service/Administration role, so is very varied and fast paced. You will naturally be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service achievements, both face to face and on the phone, be happy to multi task and pick new things up quickly. We are looking for someone with a senior recruitment background or be ready for this next step. A day in the life of a recruitment consultant, as you will know, is never the same so having the ability to manage your time and have good organisational skills is essential. If you have a good work attitude and are hungry to succeed in a target driven environment where you are financially rewarded, this could be the role for you.
