**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately while providing friendly and efficient service.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanour towards guests.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
