Stakeholder Researcher

Responsibilities include
- Online research, finding new leads for potential stakeholders from multiple different sources provided.
- Contributing ideas to brain storm meetings, to come up with key stakeholder groups for our existing events auctioning the work from these meetings.
- Analysing trajectory and performance of current conferences, deciding where to focus marketing efforts.
- Use our internal CRM system to find key areas being missed from our direct marketing invites, by searching for keywords and terms related to our conferences.
- Assisting in data cleansing tasks to ensure all contacts remain up to date and accurate. This includes amending and updating existing information where necessary.
- Become a technical host for our virtual conferences
Skills required
- Strong eye for attention to detail with exceptional accuracy.
- Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
- A good understanding of business structures and motivations
- Online research skills.
- Independent thinking with an ability to come up with research leads/new stakeholder groups.
Westminster Forum Projects is a market leader in organising senior-level seminars on public policy in media, telecoms, education, nutrition, health, energy, transport, the environment and many other areas. We enjoy considerable support from within Parliament and government, in industry and amongst interest groups.
The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and is a remote role with occasional meetings based in Bracknell.
