Water Recycling Operator

Do you like working outdoors? Looking for a role that offers development opportunities? If so, our Southern water recycling team is looking for a new team member to work in the Bournemouth area.
**The role**
The role of water recycling operator involves the operation and maintenance of conventional sewage treatment plants and pumping stations to meet quality standards. You will also be involved in running advanced wastewater treatment and sludge process plants.
You will play a big part in the team by ensuring compliance with company policy, processes and procedures. You must also ensure the health, safety and welfare of all colleagues, the public and yourself at all times.
Due to the nature of the role and the participation in the emergency standby rota you will need to live within 45-minute commute of the Bournemouth and the North Dorset area and be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
**What do I need?**
You must be happy working outside in all conditions. Also, a valid driving licence is essential for this role, ideally with category BE. Confined spaces training will be provided.
