Plant Operator

**What you'll do**:
Every day is different, you will be working in all weather conditions carrying out a range of tasks, to ensure the essential functions of our Bioresources treatment centres.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Monitoring process performance, both out in the field and in the control room, using SCADA systems.
- Performing routine maintenance.
- Taking operational samples.
- Optimising performance inline with key performance indicators.
- Collating and reporting of data to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of yourself, colleagues, and the public at all times.

You will work an 11-hour day shift pattern of four days on, four days off. Your working hours will include weekends as well as performing standby duties on a regular basis and providing emergency cover if required.

- Have a valid full UK manual driving licence.
- Able to participate in a Shift & Standby rota.
- Comfortable working with sewage.
- Undertake mandatory & upskilling training.
