**Job Purpose**

We are looking for Associate Producer to join us at BossAlien, a division of NaturalMotion, in creating _Star Wars:_ Hunters, a competitive arena combat game for the Nintendo Switch system and mobile devices. _Star Wars_: Hunters_ _will bring players together to engage in thrilling, team-based, multiplayer battles featuring a diverse array of distinctive new _Star Wars_ characters.

You will support and work in partnership with the Audio Producer, supporting the Audio Director and the wider Audio Pod, including ExDev partners. Own ExDev milestones, inter-team communications and QA. Assist with and learn all aspects of Music, VO, SFX and video-audio production.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist with Jira task logging and tracking. Work with producer on maintaining an accurate schedule for all audio production
- Support maintenance of organised filing and tracking of audio assets, ensuring the correct revisions are implemented and there is a backtrail from IP-holder approval
- Assist with preparations for audio submissions to IP-holder and official Star Wars audio asset requests
- Assist Audio Director in managing internal playtests and live player feedback
- Liaise with QA to schedule audio QA coverage and regular bug triage
- Assist with monitoring and promoting the audio pod’s health, happiness and morale
- Assist with, and then own, planning milestones for external audio partners. Review monthly SFX deliveries. Manage IP-holder SFX feedback tracker
- Assist with preparation and management of VO materials
- Bolster communications between Audio, Narrative and Design, and take part in content reviews
- Help plan music coverage for the Hunters release cadence
- Assist with tracking music compositions and managing feedback

**Required Skills & Experience**
- QA or Assistant Producer/Production Co-ordinator experience, preferably with one or more shipped titles
- Aptitude for, and interest in, production, particularly agile methodologies
- Proactive and highly organised, with strong communication skills, positive attitude and a good nature
- Focus on delivering the highest quality in every aspect of audio
- Interest in video games and Star Wars
- An understanding of F2P and GaaS business models

**Desirable Skills & Experience**
- Audio experience is highly desirable
