This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact at Fusebox as it develops multi-product, interactive narrative mobile games. Fusebox is looking for an Associate Producer to support the Lead Producer. The Associate Producer is supports the delivery of features for live and in-development games on time by creating and maintaining product backlogs and running feature focused cross-discipline workgroups. The right person for the role will have an open communication style and be strong at project planning whilst identifying and removing issues before they become roadblocks. The Associate Producer helps the Lead to encourage the Fusebox structure in a positive atmosphere, highlighting potential improvements in a non-disruptive way.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Support the Lead Producer in daily activities
- Facilitate feature development
- Maintain Jira and Confluence for assigned features
- Identify inefficacies in processes
- Practice clear communication
- Provide feature retrospectives
- Be the first line of defence against feature creep

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 1 year project management experience
- Detail orientated
- Calm under pressure
- Knowledge of Software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
- Ability to work across project life cycles involving multiple disciplines
- Confident with standard project management tools
- An artistic back-ground desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working with programmers
- Experience working in games development
