**The responsibilities of the Social Worker includes**:

- The CM16+ team has always been highly regarded by internal and external auditors.
- Social Work England registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DipSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
