We are working with a well-established, forward thinking and ambitious business who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be supporting the implementation of the people strategy, providing advice and guidance on operational HR matters and supporting overall objectives.

**Duties will include but will not be exclusive to**:

- Provide consistent HR advice and guidance on complex and sensitive issues to employees and partners
- Assist in the development of people related policies aligned with culture
- Working in partnership with people managers to coach, influence and support, sharing knowledge to enhance capability
- To oversee the performance management process, supporting people managers on managing performance and facilitating relevant discussions
- To identify, attract and recruit great people, supporting people managers with the recruitment process
- To collaborate with marketing to strengthen external brand in relation to people, promoting the business as a great place to work
- To promote opportunities externally on relevant social platforms
- To project manage HR projects to drive people results and business operations
- To oversee the accuracy of firm’s people data to aid effective business decision making
- Oversee wellbeing projects, supporting and advising the wider firm and building mental health awareness

**Skills and Experience**
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Broad HR generalist experience at similar level, preferably within professional services
- Aptitude to work autonomously, alongside the resilience to deliver under pressure
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and people managers
- A self-starter mentality with ability to work with little guidance
- Able to work with appropriate attention to detail and high standards, whilst still working at pace
- Analytical skills: quickly evaluates data / situations and reach conclusions
- Proven ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives
- Able to delegate effectively
- Approachable and empathetic, with a positive and 'can-do’ attitude
