**Customer Service Job Duties to include**:

- Process incoming orders/schedules on the order processing system and confirming back to the customer with accurate delivery information
- Complete all required worksheet/ production orders in line with the company’s system
- Produce accurate invoices and despatch notes for completed orders, to liaise with the accounts department ensuring all figures are accurate and in line with accounts software
- Take part in daily production/HSE meetings to discuss current orders, material deliveries and to feedback information to customers where relevant
- Book overnight transport for completed orders or customer collections through the dedicated transport system
- Check the status of all overnight deliveries and communicate updates to the customer
- Provide PODs as required by customer and communicate with accounts regarding customer queries
- Answer incoming calls and listen attentively to customers/suppliers and transfer them to the appropriate department
- To provide administrative support/marketing activities of the sales department
- Providing cover for others in the department during absence or busy times
- Accurately update records and retrieve information to create reports for management meetings
- Any other reasonable duties

Customer Service Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of computer software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary is dependant on experience.

Working hours are 8.30am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday
