**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs in properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management.
- Perform routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
- Install fixtures, fittings, and appliances as required.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is essential.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
