**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention or repair.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete larger projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role, demonstrating a broad skill set in maintenance and repair work.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also being a team player when required.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation between job sites.

Pay: £110.00-£130.00 per day
