**Daily rate**:Up to £600 per day via umbrella company
**IR35 Status**: Inside IR35
**Duration**:6 months
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of CRM to join a prestigious and well-respected organisation
In this key role you'll lead and build out a team to deliver high impact insight that influences business decisions, and transform how the organisation engage and communicate with their customers through CRM activity
**Key responsibilities include**:
Own the CRM strategy for all territories - new customer acquisition, customer loyalty and retention
Deploy segmented, relevant marketing campaigns across multiple channels in a timely manner and of a high standard that excite customers and promote the brand in the best possible way.
Deliver a contact strategy that achieves high rates of customer engagement, and generates revenue, sales and loyalty
Adopt a robust test and learn approach to CRM, ensuring that all learnings are captured and applied to future campaigns
Work with the Data teams to ensure the latest segmentation, models and classifications are used in CRM marketing and Operational activity
Operation of Brand Health, CSAT and NPS programmes and delivery of all insight into the business
Own the annual budget and all supplier relationships
Reduce the dependency on external suppliers to deliver core functionality and services
Strong experience working for organisations who are leaders in CRM, CX, and have demonstrable experience of transforming performance at those organisations
Passionate about the customer, passionate about insight, commercially focussed, and highly influential
Collaborates and develops great relationships with internal teams,
Able to convince the business to stretch beyond a mínimal viable product mind-set and focus on the best possible solutions
Continually monitors current trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies - and then translates them into new ideas and approaches
Engages with suppliers and attend key events / conferences to identify new prospective solutions and best practice case studies which act as benchmarks for our strategy
Develops trusted, long-term relationships with key contacts, executive leadership and suppliers.
Strong experience working for organisations who are leaders in CRM, CX, and have demonstrable experience of transforming performance at those organisations
