The opportunity
**As our Customer Service Administrator you will**:
Deal with all Administration for inpatient/outpatient bookings for consultants.
Handle telephone enquires efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service.
Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
Ensure that work is carried out to required standard and within agreed working practices and procedures.
Require experience in a customer service role
Have good communication/interpersonal skills
Be a good team player
Have the ability to work independently
The person
**To succeed as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need**:
Have the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
Have confidence dealing with consultants, secretaries and patients
Excellent customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Stay calm under pressure with the ability to multi-skill.
