Lettings Valuer/Lister - Chadwell Heath - Salary Basic £22,000 (OTE £35,000)
This particular role would suit an experienced valuer/lister who has a genuine interest in people and helping them on their forward journey. Someone who can work with customers and colleagues alike, treating them with courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect.
- Have a full driving license
- Have a great work ethic and heaps of positive energy
- Have a fantastic record of turning valuations into listings and lets
- Be happy to get stuck in and make things happen
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
In return, you can expect to receive:

- 5 day working week (Some Saturdays - 2 on, 1 off)
- Basic salary of 22k with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months
- £2500 car allowance
- OTE of £35,000 (commission structures are uncapped so there is potential to earn more)
