Lettings Valuer - Chadwell Heath - Salary Basic £22,000 (OTE £35,000)
This is a new exciting role which would suit a successful Lettings Agent looking to move into a career with fantastic training and support. Someone ambitious and driven.
This particular role would suit someone who has good knowledge of the local market, with a reputation for being an expert in their field. Someone confident in managing the day-to-day lettings processes as well as deputising for the Lettings Manager, runningmorning meetings and coaching sessions as necessary.
- Be experienced in Lettings
- Have the ability to build great relationships where customers really buy in to you as a person
- Have a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and lets
- Have drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm.
- Have a full driving licence
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
In return, you can expect to receive:

- Basic salary of £22,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for first 4 months)
- On Target Earnings of £35,000 + £2,500 car allowance
- 5 day working week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- Holiday commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Plus an additional day off for your birthday
