**Domestic Violence Prevention worker**

Monday to Friday, varying hours including some evening work

The role of a Domestic Violence Prevention worker is unique and exciting opportunity to specialist intervention to Men and Masculinities, in London. Men and Masculinities is a behaviour change programme for those who perpetrate abusive behaviours in their relationships.

**You need**:

- Have strong knowledge of a range of interventions to Victim/survivors, perpetrators and children and young people affected by domestic abuse.
- Be able to work with communities and professionals to raise awareness of the issues
- Be able to offer effective intervention to individuals with challenging values and attitudes that create conducive environments for domestic abuse to continue.
- Run behaviour change programmes
- Experience delivering training and community work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
