As a Positive Behavioural Support worker you will help support people with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health and complex needs to transform their lives.
**Who will I support?**

You will work with adults (18+) to provide support that will significantly improve their quality of life. This will be supporting one gentleman within his own home who likes playing board games, going to events, spending time on the Playstation, and being out in the local community.
**How will I make a difference?**
- Your support will enable the people you support to stay in their own homes and access their communities
- You will take time to understand the lived experience of the person you’re supporting. You’ll help them build tools they will use for the rest of their lives to live great, independent lives
