Viewing Agent -Liverpool - Permanent - £21,000 DOE ARM are delighted to be supporting a leading business with the recruitment of a Viewing agent on a permanent basis. The viewing agent will be responsible for showcasing properties to perspective buyers, as well as upselling products and services. **Responsibilities**: - Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers. - Present properties in the best possible light, highlighting key features. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our property portfolio, local market trends. - Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication. - Upsell relevant products and services to potential buyers. - Provide timely and accurate feedback to the sales team following viewings. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business. - Ensure all client and property information is managed in a confidential and professional manner. **Requirements**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in property sales, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable. - A strong understanding of the local real estate market, property trends, and regulations. - A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the flexibility to travel within Manchester and surrounding areas. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, balancing multiple appointments and tasks. - Professional appearance and demeanour, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - Ability to identify upselling opportunities and present relevant products and services to potential buyers.
