Any applications submitted through agencies will not be considered.Proposed Interview Date: 19 December 2025The roleAs a Viewing Assistant, you will represent Redwing in a professional manner and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers. You will provide detailed and accurate information about the properties and answer any questions. You will liaise with the office team to coordinate viewings and provide feedback.You will work towards Team and Individual targets to contribute to the overall branch performance and assist the Lettings and Sales manager with marketing and sale/let of available properties in line with KPI’s and income targets. You will provide administrative support for the sales and lettings team when necessary.The right fitExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to make informed decisions and recover quickly from challenges and setbacks.Motivation to set high standards and embrace new challenges.Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.Experience in a sales environment is advantageous.
