**The Role**
Excellent opportunity for strong administrator or an Engineering graduate to work for a progressive North East business.
- As a spares coordination you will be working within the spares and parts team
- You will proactively manage customers' requests for quotations and purchase orders
- A good spares and parts coordinator will learn to understand customers behaviour to enhance ability to achieve repeat orders.
- Process customer requests for quotations for spare parts and assemblies
- Processing purchase orders
- Working with a network of suppliers to ensure queries are met
- Liaise with Production, Stores and Purchchasing in determining appropriate stock levels

**The Person**:

- Strong admin background, preferably within the engineering industry
- Fully computer literate
- You are flexible and adaptable in your approach to work
- A good team play is a pre requisite for the role of spares coordinator

**The Oppertunity**:

- The role is to start ASAP and will run for a period of three months
