MBL are looking for an Operations Administrator to work in a small fast paced team supporting customers with orders. You will report into the Operations Manager who will give full training, but it would be great if you have already worked in a customer service or administrative type role.

Main Responsibilities:

- Process new orders
- Provide customers with account balance information and resolve balance disputes
- Support the setup and testing of all new products launched
- Monitor digital order failures and action respond with appropriate action
- Proactive in resolving customer issues ‘first time most of the time’
- Problem solves and in doing so raise areas of concern with your line manager

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail

- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong communicator
