We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our Pershing Settlements team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Liverpool and is Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Performs (sometimes complex) operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing updates to client trades. Conducts independent analysis of settlement issues to resolution.
- Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
- Maintains correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
- Accurately reconciles and resolves cash and stock differences.
- Provides product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Proven track record of delivering excellent client service
- Ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of International market settlements, securities settlements desirable
- Use of SWIFT messaging software desirable
