**What You'll Do**:
As a Customer Service Representative at Switch Advisor, you will:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Stay updated on our products/services and be a knowledgeable resource for customers.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong desire to excel in a customer service career.

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
