**Job Title**: Customer Service Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service is delivered consistently.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
