**Master Flo Valve Co (UK) Ltd.** is currently seeking a full-time permanent **Inside Sales Representative** to work in **Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for receiving inquiries, review of customers commercial and technical specifications, supplying customers with quotations, receiving contracts generating customer orders and acting as liaison with the customer on product performance and requirements.
- Responsible for complying with the requirements of the company’s OHS and quality policies and procedures.
- Has the authority to raise safety matters and concerns and attend safety committee meetings as a part of the front office group.
- In order to support the Production and Service facility the incumbent may be required to carry out other duties as required by management.

**Duties Include**:

- Main duties include spare Parts Inquiries, Customer initiated Telephone Inquiries, and Customer initiated Written Inquiries
- Complete all sizing and make suggestions for valve size and material to your supervisor for approval prior to developing the quotation.
- Review purchase orders, compare to quotation and clarify with customer if required.
- Communication with company representatives and agents regarding enquiries, material order status and activity levels.
- Establish and maintain quotation records.
- Liaise with company field representatives.
- Expedite orders and inform the customer of revised delivery dates.
- Establish strong personal relationships with the customers. Troubleshoot problems and assist wherever possible in the rectification of the situation
- Communicate through the appropriate channels to ensure best results and support for the customer.
- Maintain the company’s property with utmost respect and care.
- Ensure that Master Flo’s proprietary material is kept confidential.
- Co-ordinate information flow between Canada and Aberdeen.
- Other duties as required.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Secondary School education.
- Previous Inside sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and experience in technical writing.
- Effective organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Work for Windows and Excel computer software. SAP expertise or expertise in a computerized inventory management system would be an obvious asset.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in Oil Industry
- Independence and initiative with a focus on results
- Solid work ethic and the ability to work effectively both in a team environment, and individually.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
