ABOUT THE ROLE*
As a **Stock and Inventory (Data) Controller, **you will be reporting to the Commercial and Brand Director, working in a pivot role between internal sales teams, warehouse and factory production to measure, plan and order replenishment of clothing stocks required.
As a successful applicant you will have excellent excel skills and experience, with the ability to interrogate data to calculate and forecast the daily movement of stock, ensuring stock arrives on time from suppliers to our inhouse warehouse, identifying patterns and trends to provide us with accurate visibility of stock within the business activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analysis of data, calculating where we are daily and what is required
- Plan and order replenishment of clothing stock
- Maintain stock levels in the warehouse within a required “weeks cover” model
- Assessment of
- Working with the factory operation to maintain clothing components, trims & specific styles
- SKU creation and administration within an already established internal process
- Monitor, review and liaising key data, changes of sales and planning

- Begin to build relationships with your internal customers.

**Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by**
- Building on flow reports, updating Flow master with expected fulfilment for the sales team
- Reviewing production, placing orders
- Working on new line production, project management, reprocessing stock.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Excellent Excel skills with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to spot patterns and trends within process to make changes where required
- Organised approach to tasks, ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Experience in Buying, Purchasing, Administration or Stock Maintenance role
- Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

**Salary**
£25k-£28K + Bonus, depending on skills and experience

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
