Role: Workplace Co-ordinator / Mailroom Operative

Contract: Temporary contract 2-3 Months

Hours: 8 hours per day

Pay: £9.50-£9.90 per hour

Office Angels National Accounts work with a large UK Postal Service client who often require cover support for their many locations across the UK.

This could be ad-hock cover for holidays, sickness, parental leave and vacancy gaps, we often require longer term support which can often lead to permanent roles.

The Workplace Co-ordinator supports the mailroom, facilities and porterage functions within this location.
- Loading bay support
- Courier and postal support
- Mail-room distribution assistance
- Facilities - building support
- Labour - setting up meeting rooms and moving furniture
- Reprographics assistant
- Front of house support
- Dismantling furniture to move / porter
- Customer/client facing interaction
