**Parts Advisor - Peugeot & Vauxhall Main Dealer**

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the aftersales team at Walkers Motor Group.

Working within our busy after sales department at our new Peugeot dealership in Selby, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the parts department.

Working with the after sales team you will relish the opportunity to grow our parts operations across our workshop, retail and trade areas.

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Working within a busy multi-franchise parts department representing Peugeot and Vauxhall
- Stock ordering utilising our stock management system and the manufacturers parts ordering system.
- Working closely with the technicians and service advisors by providing parts information and pricing.
- Implementation of group policies and processes.
- Development of our trade parts operations across our market areas.
- Implementation of our stock control procedures
- Develop our online parts & accessory operation.

**What we're looking for**:

- Must have previous experience working within an existing motor trade parts business. Ideally you will have experience gained within the Vauxhall and/or Peugeot franchises, or the franchised dealer environment. Applicants from Parts Distributors/Factors will also be considered.
- Committed to achieving excellent customer relations with a proven track record of ensuring that customer's expectations are exceeded.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Positive, friendly and professional manner, demonstrates integrity, discretion and objectivity with the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately.
- Working knowledge of the Kerridge (CDK) dealer management system would be a distinct advantage.
- A full and valid UK driving license.
