**Position: Customer Care Advisor**

The Customer Care Advisor will be responsible for the full registration process of our contractor clients - including conducting compliance questionnaires, issuing and data input of registration packs.

This position will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, dealing with queries, liaising with contractor and agency clients to ensure the registration process is as pain free and efficient as possible

A large element of this role is the pre registration compliance calls which are an essential part of the service. Being confident on the phone and comfortable talking to different groups of customers is essential Whether you're dealing with a CEO or Labourer on a construction site - our aim is to provide industry leading customer service.

We will consider a hybrid working arrangement and part time hours for this position (pro rata adjustment to £21k salary would be applied based on agreed working hours).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience in an outsource/umbrella/CIS environment would be beneficial.
- Efficient user of Microsoft Office Package.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences in a variety of situations.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
