**The Logistics Data Analyst role**

**Logistics Data Analyst Key Duties**:

- Work closely with the Central Logistics team to provide Paragon Scheduling 2nd line support
- Produce monthly reporting packs in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide analytical and interpretive support to the business as required. In order to support effective commercial decision-making
- Work closely with management to understand business processes and data, and structure appropriate and accurate analyses.
- Maintain a high-level of accuracy and timeliness while managing multiple requests with varying complexities and due dates
- Develop an internal customer relationship with other business areas
- Provide technical support in line with business driven SLA’s
- Data and asset Management
- Maintaining and reviewing the call-log database

**Do you have the correct profile?**
We are looking for an organised and capable individual who has previous Route Management / Optimisation experience. A strong analytical thinker, with
the ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines. You will have strong Excel skills, experience of designing and building reports. A confident communicator, who is able to build effective working relationships with stakeholders

**Desirable skills & experience**
- A track record of driving decision-making through analysis and based on evidence, rather than intuition
- Experience of interrogating raw data to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Experience of drawing out business insights from analysis and presenting findings persuasively to stakeholders
- Experience of using price, range, display and space, upselling, margin and category optimisation to deliver commercial results
- Understanding of the impact of external factors on growth, including competition and seasonality, and customer behaviour
- Good understanding of the operational reality in units i.e. waste management and minimisation, labour planning and optimisation, equipment, space and layout
- Liaising with operational team leaders and teams to ensure feedback is provided on delivery and available capacity against demand.
- Emotionally honed, self-awareness, positive behavioural attributes.

As this is a maternity cover scenario, we are asking that applicants are prepared to commit to the contract for a minimum of 12 months.
