Amadeus Catering are recruiting a variety of salaried team leader due to growth in our NEC business and we are seeking two experienced and talented
** T**
**eam Leaders** to join the
**Subway team at the ICC**.

If you have proven supervisor experience in a branded food operation this could be the opportunity that you have been waiting for.

Your role would be to manage the Subway catering operation for one of our two stores for all trade and consumer shows across the NEC site for over 100 different exhibitions and live events.

You will be responsible for workforce teams of between 5 and 15 staff. Team development will be critical as you will be required to proactively manage resources in a busy and often changing environment.

You will report to one of the Subway Deputy Catering Managers.

The team leader role will require creative staffing and effective stock control.

You will need to quickly adapt your Subway resources to the potential increase or decrease of catering demand of the multiple shows and events. A key responsibility will be to drive operational excellence and a selling culture.

The role has required qualifications and certifications of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene but we will train you on any individual courses missing from your CV.
