The Conventions catering team are seeking a driven and talented hospitality team leader to join our team, primarily based at the ICC.

This exciting opportunity at the International Convention Centre will see you:

- Using your customer service and innovation skills. Working with our award-winning team to create memorable food moments and dining experiences.
- Contributing to the financial success of The NEC Group - driving revenue and cost control is central to our success.
- Working alongside likeminded individuals who have food and customer service at their heart.
- Understanding that health and wellbeing are at our core. Ensuring that the highest standard of food safety is adhered to.
- Working together as a team where we have fun in an exciting fast paced environment.

What you will need:

- Experience of being a Team Leader. Ideally within a hospitality position.
- A passion for success
- Creative flair
- Adaptability - working across multi venue from retail to hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and works well within the team or the ability to self-motivate
- Ability to lead the team and ensure they have fun
