Based in our Liverpool Office, Regatta Place, with occasional travel across the Northwest region, we are looking for someone with experience providing administrative support within a similar environment. They will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the quality team, including scheduling and supporting meetings and other events, taking notes and minutes and managing systems used to track our quality concerns.
Working closely with the Quality Coordinator, the post-holder will be key to providing professional, responsive, timely and confidential support to the wider Quality team and other internal and external stakeholders.

The post holder will support the Quality team to develop processes and procedures that monitor the quality of education and training in a variety of health providers across the North West region.
The Quality administrator will work closely with the Quality co-ordinator, Quality Support Managers and other members of the team, to ensure that all processes, on a planned or ad hoc basis, are carried out in line with local and national policies, procedures and legal requirements.
HEE provides leadership for the education and training system. It ensures that the shape and skills of the future health and public health workforce evolve to sustain high quality outcomes for patients in the face of demographic and technological change.
HEE ensures that the workforce has the right skills, behaviours and training, and is available in the right numbers, to support the delivery of excellent healthcare and drive improvements through supporting healthcare providers and clinicians to take greater responsibility for planning and commissioning education and training.

- Providing timely administration support to the wider Quality team
- Planning & Scheduling meetings and minute taking.
- Composing, organising and issuing standard documents and filing appropriately
- Contribute to administration process changes
- Attendance at quality interventions to support visiting panels
- Co-ordinating arrangements for quality interventions
- Contribute to the operation of the annual GMC NTS survey
