Based at Marpol Security HQ in Golborne (WA3 3RX), we require an experienced Control Room Operator, joining an existing team in support of our expanding business operation. We are seeking operatives to work on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with opportunity for overtime. Immediate start available.

**Duties Include**
Responsibility for the smooth, consistent running of the control room, your duties will include:
Monitoring and operating site CCTV surveillance across a variety of platforms.
Responding to emergency situations; liaising with mobile response teams & emergency services.
Incident reporting and associated paperwork including detailed daily handovers.
Reporting to the management team.
Rostering security officer shifts.

**What to expect?**

Day or night shift patterns 05:30 - 17:30 / 17:30 - 05.30 shift times; averaging 42 hours per week based on 12 hour shifts performed 4 on/4 off.
Hourly rate: £12.00.
The role of a Control Room Operator is both challenging and unique, with no two shifts the same.
Working alongside experienced controllers.

Control room experience is essential (enhanced training can be provided if experience gained outside of security industry).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including a polite, professional and welcoming telephone manner.
Strong IT skills. Comfortable with Word, Outlook, and Excel suites. Experience in navigating leading suites of monitoring systems is highly advantageous.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent, accurate records.
Ability to change focus between acting as a central team player and working as an individual with enthusiasm.
