Intern - Receptionist

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate as required
- Handling client check-ins, payments and appointment confirmations
- Maintaining reception area cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting therapists and practitioners with scheduling & admin tasks
- Updating client records on CRM / booking software
- Promoting clinic services, offers and aftercare advice
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
**Experience**
- Previous office experience or administrative background preferred but not essential
- Freshers/ students can apply
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
