- Catering Services sit within the In-House Services and Estates team and are responsible for the efficient operation of the House of Commons catering facilities within an agreed financial framework. We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our events front of house service delivery team who are responsible for greeting, assisting, and serving guests at functions and events. The post holder will help assist with event space preparation, service, and clean up, and respond to questions, complaints, and requests.

This post is offering 20 guaranteed minimum hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience of delivering excellent customer service with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of different groups of people.
- Ability to engage with a variety of people and adapt style and content to meet audience needs whilst upholding the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Experience of delivering a high standard of service in line with the objectives of a business in a diverse environment of customers and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work successfully within a team demonstrating a flexible approach; understands the team goals and objectives; offers help to team members and responds willingly to requests for help.
