An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and skilled Head of Partner success / Senior Customer success Manager to join a thriving Saas-based start-up organisation. The successful Head of Partner success / Customer success Manager will join thebusiness in-order to take ownership of and develop the full partner success function on a fully remote basis.
The successful Head of Partner success / Customer success Manager will work with channel partners to connect with enterprise scale customers on a B2B basis and will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Setting reporting metrics
- Setting documentation processes
- Outlining the customer success strategy
- Supporting the onboarding process
- Building key relationships with channel partners
- Supporting clients through the retention & renewals process

**What’s Required?**
To be successful as the Head of Partner success / Senior Customer success Manager within this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- Proven commercial experience within a partner success role - working with channel partners
- Sound experience working with Saas products with a sound technical understanding
- Experience working with enterprise scale customers - ideally on a B2B basis
