**Reporting into the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo, you will work as part of a fast-paced customer operations team responsible for the delivery of the live bingo operation for our Omni-channel business for online and our retail clubs.**

**Your knowledge and experience**
- 1+ years of live streaming experience, live hosting
- Experience in performing arts, media and entertainment is desirable
- Experienced in using video production tools such as OBS, Streamdeck, Loupedeck, Sourcedeck and Wowzer (Preferable but not essential)
- Experience in using social media live streaming (Facebook, YouTube, Twitch)
- Knowledge of video chat software (e.g., Discord, Teams, Skype, Zoom,)
- Gaming experience within a Bingo or Slots background would be desirable

**Your skills**:

- A keen eye on attention to detail when delivering outputs of work
- Strong communication and presentation skills, (speaking clear and concise is crucial and oozes with confidence and personality)
- Ability to multitask workloads with smile on your face
- Able to adapt quickly to changing demands
- An enthusiastic self-starter who identifies opportunities
- Tech Savvy
- Desire to learn and seek knowledge
- Skilled in live streaming
- Ability to multi-task and effectively and operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Good team player with passion, energy and a sense of humor
