We are recruiting for a known retailer offering a wide range of the best branded retailing products on the high street. This retailer has been a long standing company on our high streets with great staff retention and energy throughout their stores across theUK, NI & ROI. We are seeking for an established Supervisor / Assistant Manager for a Deputy Manager position in Londonderry region.
**Responsibilities;**
- Lead by example to inspire the team on exceeding customer expectations.
- Coach and develop the team on product knowledge, customer service and driving sales in store.
- Be high energy to drive the team to consistently achieving in store sales targets and daily kpi's.
- Commercially analysing daily store reports and making the right floor moves based on departmental sales.
- Working alongside the Store Manage on the day to day operational standards in store to ensure you work in line with company standards.
- Ability to step up into the Store Manager's shoes as they work in other regions within the business.

**Experience;**
- You will need to be a current Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Concession Manager
- Experience working in Fashion, accessories, high street or Cosmetics.
- Ability to join a high profit store with turnovers exceeding 2.5 Million.
- Have a flair and love for commercial information and Visual Merchandising of stock.
- You will be self motivated, love to inspire your teams and excel on customer service.
