Role - Electrical Shift Technician (Continental Shift) - Canary Wharf

About the role
- My client is looking to add a multi skilled Shift Engineer to their team for a critical site in the Docklands.
Working to a continental shift rota pattern, the role will report directly into the Site Supervisor and will play a vital role in helping to deliver a first-class service to our client in order to meet internal targets and contractual KPI's.
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules as directed by the site supervisor.
To undertake PPM activities in a professional & safe manner
Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or Management Team
To update/close completed Reactive & PPM tasks on the site CAFM System
Respond to Building Management System alarms, and effect emergency repairs as needed
What you get in return
- This role is paying a basic salary of £40,000, included in this is 20 days Annual Leave, Company Pension Scheme, Healthcare, Company Phone, Uniform & Tools.
What you need for the role
- Minimum qualifications; NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installation and 18th Edition.
Served a full Technical Apprenticeship and hold a technical qualification such as Electrical Engineering (C&G, HNC, ONC, etc).
Trade trained with at least 5 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer.
Good mechanical knowledge is required.
