As aShift Engineer , you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the building, carrying outplanned and reactive maintenanceon a range of critical systems. This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for a professional with experience incommercial building maintenance .Key Responsibilities: ConductPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)and reactive maintenance on key building systems. Experience with high end commercial infrastructures. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, ensuring systems are always operating efficiently. Oversee and maintaingeneratorsandplant rooms . ManageAir Handling Units (AHUs)andFan Coil Units (FCUs) . Ensure critical building systems are maintained to the highest standards. Package & Benefits: Salary:Circa£50,000per annum. Pension Contribution.What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Electrical:17th or 18th edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations or a degree OR Mechanical:Level 2 in Plumbing minimum or anything equivalentExperience: 4+ yearsof experience inBuilding Services Engineeringwithincommercial environments .
