MCG is recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Technician to join a team on a full-time permanent shift bases for a leading provider of facilities management (FM) in Lewisham.

As a **Mechanical Shift Technician** you will be required:

- To provide technical engineering support and carry out preventative maintenance
- To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work
- To respond/attend site within one hour of the call

As a **Mechanical Shift Technician** you:

- Should hold a **NVQ level 3 mechanical qualification** (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience
- Have experience in building services and knowledge of air handling plant and water hygiene
- Have experience in a Healthcare environment with knowledge of medical gases
- Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety procedures with formal training

This is a full-time permanent shift based position with working

42 hrs p/week on a

4 on, 4 off shift pattern from

07:00 to 19:00,

days only & out of hours call out rota
