Our client, a large franchised main dealership in Basingstoke the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.
**Responsibilities**
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
- Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
- Departmental profitability
- Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
- Controlling expenses
- Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
- Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
- Installing, and maintaining processes
- Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ Service Manager / Aftersales Manager experience
- Full UK Driving Licence

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Franchised Dealership Experience
- Kerridge

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- Basic Salary of £40,000
- OTE £55,000
- Use of Company Vehicle
- Extensive benefits package

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
