Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Debt Recovery Lawyer to join the legal team of a large and well respected local authority, on a remote basis. The role will be part of a project team focusing on the recovery of a large amount of debt. The successfulDebt Recovery Lawyer will carry a caseload of debt recovery matters; including debts in relation to Adult Social Care, property and general local government debt. It is expected that this role will initially be for 3-6 months, however there is a possibilitythat the role may be extended beyond that. Ideally the successful candidate will have a local authority background, however the client is happy to consider applications from a private practice background with relevant experience.
