- Supervise a team of call center representatives to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to call center representatives to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and maintain call center procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions as necessary

We are looking for a Saturday supervisor to work in our busy playcentre. Role will include opening and closing and overseeing the cafe area and parties. The hours will be from 9.30 to either 5.30pm or 7.30pm depending on private hire parties.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
