**Property Maintenance Supervisor (Trades Supervisor)**

To support the Regional Manager in the delivery of Social Housing Property Maintenance.

This includes overseeing daily operations.

This role focuses on ensuring the seamless execution of planned and reactive tasks whilst prioritising safety, compliance, cost impact and productivity.

**Location**: Daily traveling to various sites across the region

**Responsibilities Operational Oversight**:

- Supervise and coordinate day to day operations of direct and sub-contract operatives.
- Ensuring resource availability and programming of the work is efficient and effective.
- Monitor adherence to compliance standards, implementing necessary corrective action when required.
- Oversight of materials procurement to ensure van stocks are adequate and specialist components are procured to meet the programme and budget.
- Evaluate and address the cost impact of operations, seeking opportunities to optimize resources without compromising quality.
- Liaise with tenants (residents) to ensure they understand the impact of the works and to address any issues arising. Support the Regional Manager in the undertaking of pre-commencement surveys and post-works inspections.
- Carry out minor repairs to ensure the completion of works, providing guidance and demonstration of necessary tasks.
- Provide advice to operatives on repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency in execution.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Uphold and enforce safety protocols and standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness with the workforce. Undertake toolbox safety and quality talks.
- Ensure environmental and sustainability standards are adhered to.
- Assist in disciplinary actions where there is operational non-conformance of company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,518.15-£38,000.00 per year
