**The Upex Group** is seeking a skilled and experienced **Grounds Maintenance Supervisor **to oversee our groundskeeping team. As a **Grounds Maintenance Supervisor,** you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our grounds and landscaping.

**Location**: Nottingham

**Salary**:£27000.00 per year

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of groundskeepers and ensure they perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Create schedules and work plans for groundskeepers.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage budgets and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and identify areas that require attention.
- Develop and implement landscaping plans to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds.
- Respond to requests from management and other departments in a timely manner.
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed by all team members.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.
- PA1 and PA6 - Required.
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of grounds maintenance equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- 3 years experience in a team leader/supervisor capacity
- Full UK driving licence - Required.
