**Individual Restaurants **has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and well-presented **Reception Host **to join our team based in **TBC**. You will be working on a **full time, permanent** basis, and in return receive a **competitive salary**.

**The role**:
As a **Reception Host** you will be responsible for the day to day running of an efficient and productive Reception operation, maximising the revenue. You’ll greet the guests when they arrive ensuring excellent customer service meeting the company’s standards to exceed customer expectations.

**What will you be doing as our Reception Host?**
- Meeting and greeting clients and take them to their seats
- Scheduling, managing and controlling the Restaurant Reservations via the reservations system, maximising revenue potential of bookings
- Ensuring all large party deposits are paid and their special orders and requirements are met
- Keeping the reception area tidy and the focal point for guest’s arrival

**What are we looking for in our ideal Reception Host?**
- A passion and energy for people skills and flair for delivering excellent customer service
- Must be very friendly and professional in approach
- The highest standards of personal grooming, appearance and posture
- At least one years of experience in hospitality
