**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated **Transport Assistant** to join our dynamic team in **Greenhithe, Kent**. This role involves a mix of administrative support and transport coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. While experience in **route planning** is desirable, it is not essential, as training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general **administrative duties** related to transport operations
- Support the team in **scheduling and coordinating vehicle movements**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient service
- Assist with compliance checks and transport-related paperwork

**Requirements**:

- Strong **administration** and organisational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in **transport, logistics, or administration** is an advantage but not essential
